Roman Chasuble - Songket
This chasuble is made of a Malay brocade known as Songket. Historically the Songket had always been the most precious fabric for the noble including coronation regalia of the Malaysia's Supreme head of the country, Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
It is weaved in a floral and star motives in gold thread, the pattern is commonly used for wedding ceremony in Malay custom.
The chasuble is then decorated with gold trim with geometry pattern that resemble a star shape identical to the Songket.
The Chasuble has a cotton linen red lining.
